The time on your ticket is the time of the Cruise departure. The cruise departs from Dock 1, located by the water at the North end of Bayfront Park, just South of Bayside Marketplace and the Miami Skywheel. Check in with personnel wearing red "Bayfront Cruises” shirts.
Please aim to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers
To reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure please call Attractions4Us at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Monday-Friday 8.30AM - 7.30PM; Weekends & Holidays 8.30AM - 8.30PM. There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds
If you purchased " Cruise + Double-Dec Bus ticket " – Please call Attractions4Us in advance to schedule your Double Decker City Bus Tour. The Double Decker City Bus Tours depart at least every hour from 9.00am - 3.30pm from 305 Lincoln Ave, and 10am - 2.30pm from Bayside Marketplace.
if you purchased " Cruise+Everglades Airboat tour " - Your Everglades Tour is scheduled for 9:00 AM the next morning. Please check in at Miami Nice Tours, 305 Lincoln Road, South Beach at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you purchased " Cruise +HOHO Bus +Everglades " - You are scheduled for your Everglades Tour at 9:00 AM the next morning, followed by the Double Decker Bus Tour, For the Everglades please check in at Miami Nice Tours, 305 Lincoln Road, South Beach at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
